Planning Applications    

Submitting planning applications is all part of the service.

Often the applications may require special provisions for the highway access, or tree planting, or architectural style.

It is a process which is not for the faint hearted, nevertheless, it has to be done and self builders should not be discouraged by any apparent complexity or negativity on behalf of the planners.
